Ecobraz assesses the materials, arranges collection and manages electronics disposal. Our partnership supports this process, with the scope agreed before collection.

From assessment to documentation
A clear path for the equipment

Assess and plan
Provide equipment, quantities, address and access details. Ecobraz assesses the batch and agrees on accepted materials, conditions and documents before confirming collection.

Collect and record
On the agreed date, the Ecobraz team collects the materials and records photos and weights. Asset inventories and chain of custody depend on the agreed scope.
- 03
Process the materials
The batch is sorted and processed according to the material and approved service. Disposal and records reflect the work actually performed.
- 04
Access the records
The Ecobraz Portal brings together collection records and a certificate with a verifiable QR code. Transport and final disposal documents are provided where applicable.
Plan what happens to the data, too
Computers, servers and other storage media may hold company information. Agree on data handling before collection: data sanitization with a report is a separate service at Ecobraz.
